CVC members are doers. Supporting and caring for others is in our DNA. And over the years, we have learned that we are better together! Since 1992, CVC members have come together to share best practices and support each other in making more informed decisions about how companies and organizations can best support community.
As we proceed through these uncertain days where COVID-19 is affecting everyone, we know that many of your colleagues are looking for guidance about how to help. In response, the CVC will begin hosting a weekly "Solutions Hour" phone meeting each Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
We will focus our conversations on identifying solutions for Metro Atlanta's most pressing needs. We will also allow space for sharing ideas, identifying service gaps and more.
Our April 15 Program will feature updates about life on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic from Atlanta's most reputable healthcare and higher learning organizations as well as from a beloved small business. Michelle Guski of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Alex Brown of Emory University and Judith Service Montier of Chez Montier will share updates about Feed the Frontlines and other ways the community has been supporting their work and what they are planning for in the weeks to come.
This program is appropriate for all experience levels and for representatives of companies/organizations of all sizes. Please register if you plan to participate, and we'll send you the dial-in information.
